You've built a good business. Let's explore what comes next.
We've built successful fire safety businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium. We're now looking for one established UK company to partner with and build on what its owners have already achieved.
Whether you're looking to grow, reduce your day-to-day involvement or explore a future sale, we'd be pleased to share what we have in mind.
One UK partner.
A shared ambition to grow.
Having developed our approach through our own fire safety businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium, we're now looking to work with an established UK company.
Our aim is to build a long-term partnership that benefits both sides, whether through supporting independent growth or exploring an acquisition.
This tends to suit owners who
- founded the business or still run it
- have a team of roughly 3 to 15
- want to grow without organising everything themselves
- are thinking about growth, succession or more freedom
You know fire safety. We know how to help the business grow.
Your reputation is built on quality work and trusted relationships. We bring the experience, systems and support to help your business grow without losing what makes it successful.
A more consistent flow of work
Our outreach and calling team helps bring in new commercial customers and arrange appointments for your engineers. Automated reminders help maintain existing customer relationships and repeat business.
Less time spent on administration
Support with scheduling, quotations, invoicing and purchasing gives you more time to focus on customers, your team and the future of the business.
Room to grow without compromising quality
Practical systems for engineer training, customer reviews and day-to-day operations help support growth while maintaining the standards your customers expect.

Your business, your choice
There's no preferred route. What matters is finding an arrangement that works for both sides.
Get to know each other before making a commitment
Every potential partnership starts with a three-month paid pilot. It gives both sides an opportunity to work together, test our approach and assess the results before discussing a longer-term arrangement. We agree the scope, investment and appointment targets in advance, so both parties know what to expect.
- 1
Review the opportunity
Read the partnership overview and ask any questions about our approach.
- 2
Agree the pilot
We agree the region, targets, responsibilities and investment before getting started.
- 3
Review the results together
After three months, we evaluate the results and decide whether a longer-term arrangement makes sense.
An appointment guarantee
Before the start we agree a minimum number of qualified appointments for your region. If we don't reach it within 90 days, we keep working without a monthly fee until we do.
If you're considering a sale
The pilot runs alongside our first conversations about a possible acquisition. It isn't a condition for being taken seriously. It gives both sides real figures to base those conversations on.
Built by entrepreneurs. Backed by proven systems.
We've built and grown our own fire safety businesses. Now we're looking to put that experience to work alongside one established UK partner.
We've built businesses like yours.
We've built and grown fire safety companies ourselves. We understand the challenges of finding good engineers, keeping customers happy and managing the day-to-day demands of a service business.
We also know that a business is more than its numbers. It's the people, relationships and reputation built over many years. That's something we'd want to protect as we grow together.

A considered approach to acquisitions
If you're thinking about selling your business, we'd welcome an open conversation about what matters to you.
We finance acquisitions through our own business operations, without external investors. Any proposal would be based on an independent valuation and an agreed structure that reflects your circumstances.
That might include an initial payment, deferred consideration or a performance-related element. The details would be discussed openly, with appropriate safeguards and independent professional advice.
Our priority is to find an arrangement that works for both sides and respects the business you've built.
Questions owners often ask
Do I have to sell my business?
No. Remaining independent is a full option in its own right. We're looking for the right partner, not for a particular deal structure.
What does the pilot cost?
The pilot is always paid. The investment depends on the scope we agree and the size of your pilot region, so we discuss it after our first conversation. It's backed by our appointment guarantee.
If I sell, do I have to leave?
No. You stay involved for an agreed period. How and when you step back is something we plan together, at a pace that suits you and your team.
What happens to my team and my company name?
Our intention is to keep the identity and the team you've built. We don't rebrand. The specifics are agreed together and put in writing.
How would a valuation work?
If a sale is on the table, the value is based on an independent valuation, using the figures from before the pilot. You're encouraged to involve your own advisers throughout.
How do you protect both sides?
Everything we discuss stays confidential, whether we work together or not. We agree in writing how the partnership works, who is responsible for what and how information and systems are used. Your customers, people and reputation come first in any long-term arrangement.
Perhaps there's an opportunity worth exploring.
